Ingredients
- 3 ounces pisco
- 1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 ounce simple syrup ( Jarabe de goma)
- 1/2 ounce egg white
- Ice cube
- Garnish: Angostura bitters or a slice of lemon
Directions
- Add pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, egg white and ice cube into a shaker and dry-shake for 1 minute.
- Strain into a glass.
- Garnish with 2 to 3 drops of Angostura bitters.
