Means of payment
-Payments are enabled for debit/credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers (proof of payment required)
Pricing policy
-All prices include VAT (IVA)
-The shipping fees are determined according to the weight and the delivery area.
-For orders superior to 30kg, please contact us.
Direct deliveries
-Direct deliveries are performed for orders (dry and/or frozen products) within the Lisbon area under 48 hours
National deliveries
-Deliveries at national scale are performed through postal services, under 72 hours following the order.
-Note : Frozen products are unavailable for national deliveries
Laws
-Our policies are covered by the Portuguese law.
-The sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited for individuals under the age of 18.
Refund policy
-The customer is eligible for a refund of any order under 15 days following the reception of the delivery.
-The products subjected to a refund must be sent back in their complete original packaging to the following address : Rúa Leão de Oliveira 8, Alcântara, Lisboa
-Invoice and proof of payment must be joined to the refund request
Only following the reception of the concerned products will we proceed to the refund payment.

-Only necessary personal data for legitimate purposes is retained.
-One’s personal data is used exclusively for processing its own order.
-Personal data is protected by a SSL security system.
-Personal data is used in a legal and transparent way.
-The creation of an account is not mandatory to order at Andes Mundo.
Customer’s responsibility
-The customer is responsible for the validity of the entered data. Potential additional costs resulting from errors in the entered data are at the expense of the customer.
